Events are held at the Child Care Biz Help headquarters located in sunny St. Petersburg, FL - on the "Friendly Island."

We offer several types of navigate events. No matter which event you choose whether you are a leader of an existing school or an entrepreneur wanting to enter the industry, these retreats will meet all your needs.

We currently offer three retreats.

Peer event - usually limited to around 30 attendees. School owners, leaders, entrepreneurs wanting to start a school should attend.

Couples event - usually limited to 4 couples. This is perfect for couples that either run a school together or couples where one owns a school and the other supports them.

Start up event - usually limited to 30 people. This event is perfect for entrepreneurs wanting to start a school.

There is always a welcome event the first evening so attendees can meet and unwind.

The remaining two days are packed with training and strategy including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Every night after dinner everyone is welcome to stay for sunset cruises, fun in the pool, or to just hang out and get to know other attendees.

All food, beverages, training and activities that take place at CCBH Headquarters.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Come hungry that is for sure!

Any tickets canceled 60 days prior to event date will be given a full refund. Tickets can be held for future events if needed.

We like to call it 'Florida Relaxed'...We want attendees to feel like they are on vacation, but with a purpose.

Tampa International Airport. TPA is about a 30 minute drive (depending on traffic) to CCBH headquarters.

There is a smaller airline that has direct flights to St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport. This is about a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic) to CCBH headquarters.

If planned in advance, you can often find a VRBO option on the island so you can just walk to and from the event.
